The color is quite different than shown . Its a deep cream. Its well made and feels solid. The back is unfinished and that makes me crazy since its grounded in the middle of the room. This daybed worked great for my office. We used an XLtwin mattress which fit perfectly. Husband said putting it together was no problem.
