This version is printed - no pile, immediately lies flat. Perfect, and hoping our dog does not take this one apart like she does with carpets that have a looped pile. The finish on the carpet edges is a gray color, but the actual color palate includes beige with the gray and marine blue colors. My tile floors are beige and the gray still works fine with it.
