I like the look and comfort of the chairs. It was definitely easy to assemble with the limited number of pieces. The reason for three stars is my concern about the quality of wood and the potential longevity of use. One side of a chair has a divot on the armrest.and the wood has split. Hopefully, I can have this replaced as it is in a high touch place of the chair and it is already splintering. Update I am pleased with customer service’s response.. Lesley.
