Got the sofa in the Bevin Linen and it's a really nice, quality sofa. The only problem is that the way it's input into the system, no matter which configuration you choose, the chair piece of the L will be the opposite of what it should be; i.e., if you select a left facing couch, it will automatically come as a right facing chair, and if you order a right facing couch, it will automatically come as a left facing chair. I confirmed this at the Tampa store. Nothing can be done about it; I've contacted customer service many, many times. If you can live with a significant gap between the back chair and the last sofa piece of the shorter side, you'll like the sofa. The gap does not affect the seat, only the back. Love it!!! I searched for so long and finally settled on this one. I have animals so being able to unzip the cushions and take them off to clean was a huge bonus. (Although the site recommends against this) the fabric I chose is “conversion ivory” and it is so perfect. The best neutral with warm tones and tones of grey. It’s very much a “greige”. Upon first sitting on it it felt a bit firm but after a night of lounging we quickly changed our minds and it’s now the most comfortable! Firm but comfortable and you mold right into it! I was extremely reluctant to order a sectional sofa online. I was concerned about color, size, fabric, comfort, etc. However after ordering several swatches and speaking with a customer service rep, I decided to go for it. And I am extremely happy that I did. I saved myself $2,000 going through Birch Lane rather than ordering the custom sectional I was going to buy through a local furniture store. The color/fabric (Bihar Natural) is just as depicted in the swatch and is the exact shade I was looking for. The online dimensions are accurate and I really love the overall look. We’ve had this couch for about 6mos now and I can safely say I truly love it. It’s really comfortable and I think it looks great. I ordered it in “Classic Bleach White”. Everyone said I was crazy for getting a white couch with two pugs, but I had to take the chance. I’ve always wanted that big white couch that every beachy vacation house has. Even though the instructions *do not* recommend machine washing the covers, I have washed them multiple times now and they’re holding up really well. I’ve successfully removed some pretty bad stains too, including red wine and blood. I spot treating with Shout and then wash with a scoop of Borax and a Tide pod. I set the wash to warmcool, hang to air dry and only sometimes put them in the dryer on *no heat* to speed things up.
