Look - wise the sofas are Beautiful and also comfortable. The negatives are very poor. The first negative is the cushions we sit on most of the time after 4 weeks only, have scrunched down 2 - 3 inches, making the 3-cushion sofa low at the ends and higher in the middle cushion. So, we took the end cushions off the second sofa we hadn't used yet at 4 weeks time frame and put them in place of the end cushions that we used everyday for 4 weeks to see if they srunched down as fast or as much as the ones we had on there. They certainly did. Same issues. The end cushions scrunched down 2 - 3" , making the center cushions not level with the end cushions. That looks bad. Last, but certainly not least, we ordered this particular sofa because the height from floor to top of seat was to be 22 inches. This was important to us because we have tall people in our family. We measured from floor to top of seat at the center cushion that hadn't been used yet. The measurement showed 18 inches. Not good. That means the cushions we sit on everyday, that have scrunched down 2 - 3 " lower than the middle cushion are even less inches to the floor. Making the over all sofa look poor.
