On night one the rug looks great. It is a lighter color than I anticipated, but it actually will work out better for me lighter. I thought it was going to be a dark navy/almost black. It is more of a slate or dark grey in my room. I do like that it is for lack of educated terms, a flat woven rug. It doesn't really have any pile to get mashed down by heavy traffic. It took me a long time to find just what I was looking for and these rugs are it! I put two 6’ round rugs on either side of my bed. I recently had my wood floors refinished and I didn’t want to cover them with a large rectangle rug. The round rugs balance the rectangle furniture.
