The rug is gorgeous. The colors are great and the pile height is lovely. I have a thick pad underneath for extra coziness. I highly recommend. To note, the rug appears to be on sale a lot, so I suggest watching and waiting for the best price. I bought it on sale and then looked at rug on the website again, the day it was delivered. The same rug / size / color was offered on sale for an additional $300 less! I was very sad and frustrated when I contacted customer service to learn that Birch Lane does not price match (like many other companies do for an item that goes on sale within 7 - 14 days of your purchase).
