The chairs are great. The service for delivery not so much.. The boxes were almost totally destroyed. The feet of one of the chairs was actually outside of the box and it had lost one of the coasters on the ends as well as being pretty scratched up. Further, Ive had a really difficult time reporting the state of the boxes and the scratches when I go to try to make a report it wont let me actually complete it for some reason so as of right now while I like the chairs I paid for them and they camedamaged. I like the chair very much and love the swivel. My only problems are the pillow needs to be placed vertically in the middle of the back for me to be comfortable.
