The delivery was great. There is an issue with the Lana server - one of the handles is scratched. The delivery people also took a picture of it. I sent an email to Birch Lane earlier today. The good. Color is a neutral tan with subtle grey undertones. Color may change depending on light. Well Built Looks good, pretty looking piece. The OK Its a little tall for what I've had in mind, but living with it. The Bad While sturdy and well built, its also very heavy. It will take two very strong people to move it just into your house without any steps. If you have to lug it any distance, or up any stairs at all, pay to have the movers do it. I love the look of this table; however, I feel like the colors of the piece online look nothing like real life, nor does the piece feel like "real wood", as is stated.
