The perfect rug for our look of neutrals. We have a large sectional and 48 x 48 coffee table plus two swivel chairs on this 9x12 size so we knew not a lot of room for walking on it, which is OK because it is a little bit harder to the touch (not the type of rug you play with the kids or dogs on - however, our dog loves laying on it! ). Highly recommend the high-quality thicker rug pad underneath as adds a comfort and cushion. It’s a very attractive rug and gets a lot of compliments! Love love love this rug!!!!! I searched online for hours to find the perfect rug for our bedroom and this one did not disappoint. . I was looking for a beautiful, natural, well-made sisal/jute rug and wanted a certain look (thick, knobby, high end, comfortable on your bare feet ) and it’s so hard to tell with this type of rug what it truly looks like when shopping online. It arrived in just a couple days, is an excellent value for this type of rug and service , and I am beyond happy with my purchase !!! Well…I’m keeping it but only because I’m just seeing it now. It was purchased back in November for my Winter home in FL. I was not thrilled with the quality, it’s uneven on edges and definitely more of a yellow color than shown in pictures, which looked more white. I had to trim off several pulls in the woven areas. Consider this woven beige and gray area rug for any floor needing jsut the right starting point (or finishing touch). Its sustainably harvested natural fibers add that organic layer of warmth and texture, and the 0.35'' pile height is read to endure the every day. We love the bold, contrasting border. For the ocassional spills splash (we've all tipped over a glass now and then), we recommend spot-cleaning. Be sure to add a rug pad so it stays put.
