I was extremely reluctant to order a sectional sofa online. I was concerned about color, size, fabric, comfort, etc. However after ordering several swatches and speaking with a customer service rep, I decided to go for it. And I am extremely happy that I did. I saved myself $2,000 going through Birch Lane rather than ordering the custom sectional I was going to buy through a local furniture store. The color/fabric (Bihar Natural) is just as depicted in the swatch and is the exact shade I was looking for. The online dimensions are accurate and I really love the overall look.
